Charming Stay in City Center

perfect location accommodating staff beautiful building
The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. I have stayed here a few times now and always enjoy the convenient access to all amenities. The building itself is beautiful.

Breakfast was really nice. I found the friendly and professional service really good. The various options made breakfast complete, giving me a great start to my day with simple, tasty food. Background music created a spa retreat feel, so nice.

Central Location with Minor Issues

The location was central and very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful . My room was clean upon arrival and serviced daily, I had a drinking water machine on my floor.
Breakfast felt chaotic. Tables were not cleared promptly. The bar seemed understaffed one evening, it was difficult to get service. Some features in the room need attention, such as grouting in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and efficient.
I paid a high price per night for a room that showed clear signs of wear. The outdated decor and the stained carpet in the middle of the room were disappointing. The repair attempt on the heated towel rail in the bathroom was concerning.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly at reception. My room was clean and quiet, much appreciated. Breakfast offered a good choice and the serving staff were very helpful and kind.
The hotel looks a bit tired and could use some updating.
