I paid a high price per night for a room that showed clear signs of wear. The outdated decor and the stained carpet in the middle of the room were disappointing. The repair attempt on the heated towel rail in the bathroom was concerning.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly at reception. My room was clean and quiet, much appreciated. Breakfast offered a good choice and the serving staff were very helpful and kind.
