an anniversary to remember!

sweet touch absolute bliss romantic celebration

my husband and i celebrated our anniversary, and it was wonderful! the lady at reception remembered us from our first visit, such a sweet touch. the spa was absolute bliss, it added the perfect touch to our romantic celebration, so relaxing. everything felt special!

The main door was locked early one morning, even though it's supposed to be open 24/7, it gave me a little worry. a security guard had to let us out. I felt a bit stranded.

I found the staff amazing!!! They really were really good too help with every request. The room was also quite spacious and very clean. This hotel is in a perfect location, very central and convenient for seeing attractions.

I must say the lack of a dedicated bar area was a bit disappointing.

i noticed that soundproofing could be improved, as some street noise was audible at night.

the food was amazing!!! the thermal spa was a real treat after walking all day. the location felt central and safe. staff members were lovely and helpful.

the hotel closes its metal main door and it may become tricky to get in if no one spots you from the reception.

The hotel is close to the main square. I could easily walk to cafes and shops. The front desk personnel were very responsive. They helped us arrange rides.
