Excellent Krakow Stay

fresh towels complimentary water heated rack room fridge

I found the room to be very clean with fresh towels provided each day. Complimentary bottled water was also a nice touch as were the tea and coffee facilities. The shower had good water pressure and included a heated towel rack in the bathroom. I appreciated the availability of a fridge in the room as well.

The pillows were slightly too soft for my liking I would have preferred firmer support

the hotel's breakfast included a good variety. the staff were also friendly and helpful with requests. i appreciated the short walk to the town centre, very convenient. the room was clean.

My room was quite small, i felt a bit cramped. the tv had mostly polish channels. Limited options for english speakers. the safe was located on the floor of the closet. i had to kneel to operate it.

The hotel location was convenient. The main square was a short walk away, and I also received good communication before my arrival. The breakfast offered many options. I had an early trip one morning, and the staff prepared a packed breakfast for me.

The double bed was two single beds put together. The pillows were very small. I found this arrangement uncomfortable for sleeping. There were also only basic toiletries in the bathroom. There was only hand soap and an all-in-one shower gel and shampoo.

Solid Stay with Nice Touches

The hotel provided complimentary bottled water daily, which I appreciated. Fresh towels arrived each day. They maintained the room very well. I also liked that I could grab an apple from reception. The shower had good water pressure, and the heated towel rack was a plus.

The bar closed rather early at 10 PM. It would be nice to have it open a bit later.

The staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with requests promptly and efficiently. They provided quick solutions. The communication, both before and , was clear and effective. I got a packed breakfast at 6 AM one morning because I needed to leave early.

The hotel included transport links nearby and also a corner convenience shop. There was a fridge available in the room. I requested an iron and ironing board. Staff kindly brought them and allowed me to keep them for my whole stay.

the breakfast was acceptable.

the room was small, even for me and i am not a giant. the bathroom had no space for toiletries. the shower kept switching between hot and cold, a problem i reported, but nothing happened.
