The hotel staff was helpful from arrival to departure. When it rained , they provided an umbrella. For breakfast, they prepared lactose and gluten-free bread, a brownie, and a cupcake. One staff member even made waffle batter for me.

My room faced the reception, so it was a bit noisy with guests arriving late and leaving early.

the staff was very helpful. they always greeted me with a smile (i think they were being genuine).

i was given a room on the top floor. it reminded me of a total bait and switch. the ceiling windows had ripped blinds and i couldn't sleep because the sun lit up the room at dawn, something they clearly knew about.
