great location generous selection
the location was excellent. the staff stored our luggage after checkout, a great help since our train departed later. the breakfast selection had generous options!

Excellent Stay in Central Location

The hotel staff was helpful from arrival to departure. When it rained , they provided an umbrella. For breakfast, they prepared lactose and gluten-free bread, a brownie, and a cupcake. One staff member even made waffle batter for me.
My room faced the reception, so it was a bit noisy with guests arriving late and leaving early.

fantastic hotel stay!

modern television friendly staff pleasant stay
the room had modern tv with streaming ability.. i streamed content directly from my phone. the staff proved very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. i found them cute and warm. i had a generally pleasant stay.

the hotel is situated close to the city centre, i walked everywhere. many cafes and eateries are very close to the hotel. there are also nice shops nearby.

ripped blinds ceiling windows
the staff was very helpful. they always greeted me with a smile (i think they were being genuine).
i was given a room on the top floor. it seemed like a total bait and switch. the ceiling windows had ripped blinds and i couldn't sleep because the sun lit up the room at dawn, something they clearly knew about.

the room was hot even after i requested assistance. the hotel said they would investigate turning on the air conditioning but did not. they claimed it was still the heating period. a fan was requested the reception staff agreed to seek one but never delivered
