outdated room broken toilet
The location proves convenient for exploring.
My room reminded me of a relic from the past. The bathroom's early 2000s vibe did not match a supposed five-star hotel. the toilet flush broke upon first use and a black hair was on the comb.

the breakfast was really good. the options were fresh, offering gourmet coffee and perfectly cooked eggs. i especially loved the thoughtful touches .!!
the room really needed a refresh. everything looked old, and the bathroom seemed more like a two-star experience. the worst part was the lack of sound protection in the room.

Really good Stay on the River!
fabulous location delicious meal super clean area well trained staff
The location is fabulous with views of the Wawel Castle and Vistula River.. I appreciated the convenience of being right across from the Club on the first floor. Early morning coffee runs were easy, and the hot snacks was like a delicious meal. The apple pie was good, and the staff kept everything super clean and knew their wines.
The only minor hiccup was the roof top bar ran out of drinking glasses, causing a slight delay.

The breakfast offered eggs cooked to order, and omelets were available. I found Mediterranean and Asian side dishes along with Polish sausage and pastries. Crispy vegetable samosas and wonton bites were amazing with grilled mushrooms and hash browns.

Alicia and Peter were helpful and kind. My husband remembered excellent treatment from a prior visit in 2002. Every staff interaction reflected professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to.

Our room size was perfect for us. The room was very clean. I was happy with the strong water pressure in the shower and the great storage space. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

amaziiiing stay!
breakfast buffet late pool umbrella service long day
i had the best time ever at this hotel! the breakfast buffet was amazing with so many choices, it's a food lover dream. the pool and jacuzzi are open till late, and it was so nice to take a dip after a long day. i loved that the hotel provided umbrellas because it rained a lot.
the only thing that i didnt adore was the decor, its a tiny bit dated. it still feel fancy, just not modern fancy, if you know what i mean.

the staff is so friendly and helpful. i asked for breakfast to take away one morning, and they gave me a huge box. it contained breakfast AND lunch which saved my life.

my room was really spacious with a great view of the city lights at night which reflected on water. it has a mini bar that is full of options and a coffee machine, so convenient. bedding was very soft.

i enjoyed the renewed swimming pool and jacuzzi and they was open from 7 AM to 10 PM. the location is also perfect, i am a short walk to the main market square. the hotel overlooks the wisla river and wawel castle.

worn furniture poor soundproofing
I found the room needed some updating. the furniture looked worn, and the bathroom felt basic for a hotel of this supposed standard. the biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. this made it hard to relax and get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet had many options, including a station for made-to-order omelets. The hotel also features a well-equipped gym with treadmills and free weights. I found the room spacious and it featured comfortable furniture.
The minibar prices were a bit high compared to nearby shops.
