a tender haven
respectful staff tasty breakfast convenient location
i found the staff cute and they handled every question with such grace. from restaurant reservations to tickets for the puccini concert they thought of everything. i savored a breakfast that was both delicious and unhurried the experience felt tailored to, the convenient location outside the wall allowed simple walks to everything i wanted to explore. a complimentary prosecco and snacks added a sparkle of magic each evening enhancing the romance of the stay. these little touches elevated the experience beyond the ordinary.
soundproofing seemed a little thin i could occasionally hear noises from the hallway

Wonderful Stay in a Central Location

The daily complimentary snack station was a plus. I also appreciated the happy hour with prosecco each evening. The hotel provided free bikes to explore the city walls! I found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to the main attractions.
I experienced thin walls in the tower wing. Noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway were audible.
