the staff was helpful. i must say, the location is great.
the room i was given had a noticeable odour of smoke. the ventilation system seemed inadequate, it. furthermore, the noise level from the nearby street was excessively loud, it disrupted my sleep.

I found assistance to find parking right outside very helpful. The staff were very pleasant. Housekeeping respected my request not to be disturbed. The bedding and towels were excellent quality. I noticed the room and en-suite were clean.
The constant creaking floors woke me up at 0330. I think better noise insulation is needed.

The hotel is close to the ferry port. This port serves to and from Ullapool. The bus station is next to the port. The town centre shops are very close, along with pubs and restaurants.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The location was great. The room was also very clean. (I appreciated the cleanliness!).
The room I had faced the street, and the noise from passing vehicles was noticeable at night.
