The hotel's restaurant, Gras, offers cuisine of an impressive standard. The restaurant Glasstovan features Faroese specialities and international cuisine. Lunch is an extremely high-quality buffet of salads, roasted vegetables and meats, accompanied by grilled salmon, a selection of cheeses and new potatoes, plus a spread of sushi and sashimi made using fresh North Atlantic fish.
