The hotel's restaurant, Gras, offers cuisine of an impressive standard. The restaurant Glasstovan features Faroese specialities and international cuisine. Breakfast includes cereals, meats, breads, pastries, eggs, and juices. Lunch is an extremely high-quality buffet of salads, roasted vegetables and meats, accompanied by grilled salmon, a selection of cheeses and new potatoes, plus a spread of sushi and sashimi made using fresh North Atlantic fish.
