surprisingly awesome stay!

the staff were so friendly! originally, i booked a king bed, but they switched it to singles when my son came along. they really were pretty good too help me check in early! he even carried my bags up to the first floor, that was so thoughtful.

The shower wasn't very powerful. More like a mist, really! but the hot water made up for it.

the room was nice and warm! i had a standard double king room and the bed was really comfortable. it was a great space for me and my son to relax after a long day exploring. the shower had complimentary toiletries!

the staff are fantastic! they were always available and ready to help. they greeted me with complimentary water upon arrival and checkout! the front desk was efficient and addressed all my questions promptly. i felt safe and well taken care of.

the location is super convenient! it's right in front of harringay station which is on the elizabeth line. it is only 12 minutes to oxford circus. the hotel offered tasty food and a cozy atmosphere! this made traveling around the city easy.

the location was acceptable, it was local to train stations.

the smell of food was overpowering in the corridors, it permeated my room. corridors and rooms were dark and depressing. i noticed rubbish outside the hotel.

The location is great, especially because it is close to a station. I found several local shops for quick needs. A very good restaurant is available downstairs with a variety of food.

The curtains didn't block out the outside light.
