The staff was very friendly (i loved their smiles). My room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. The location is great. It is a short walk to shops. Free parking was available, which i appreciate.

The hotel did not serve breakfast. I was told to find places nearby for it. I had to ask for an ironing board and iron at reception, the set was not in good condition. There was mould in the shower door.

the super nice team and kind! i got options for parking after checkout. they also helped with the radiator in my room. a fridge kept my soft drinks cool, great!

the ironing board had some stains, and i had to get it from reception

the room had a fridge, as well as tea and coffee making equipment, i found them quite sufficient. the shower was very good. the staff were friendly, they made the check in process smooth.

i found there was no breakfast available, even though times were displayed. this was slightly disappointing, though i was told of places nearby to eat.
