I appreciated the politeness of the customer care team. The room was very comfy and tidy too. nearby shops and restaurants provided convenience.
The room i had wasn't quite as advertised. The bed was very low to the ground. I found the small, flat pillows to be inadequate for a good night's rest.

I found the staff helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations! The on-site parking was convenient and made my travel easy. The complimentary tea and coffee in the room meant I could unwind as soon as I arrived. I also appreciated the cleanliness. The sheets were super clean!
The pillows were a bit too flat for my preference, but I managed!

The staff provided good assistance. My room was very clean and the atmosphere was calm. I found it a value for money hotel. I also appreciated the parking facilities and the tea and coffee making facilities.
The room was hot and the fan was inadequate. This did not help much with the heat. The carpet had black stains all over it and felt disgusting. The toilet was loose, and it moved when I sat on it.

I found the customer care quite polite. The parking facilities were GREAT. I really appreciated those. The bed was comfortable and i thought the sheets were very clean. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, which i used every morning!

The staff provided very polite customer care. The hotel was clean. I found great parking facilities. The tea and coffee making facilities were also very welcome.
My room did not securely lock. I also noticed stains and mould in the room. The room backed onto a restaurant. It played music full blast late at night. It kept me awake.
