rooms are CLEAN. i found the bed quite nice. the location allowed easy walks to both the solidarity center and ww2 museum. breakfast was excellent, with many selections. leaving luggage after checkout was no problem.

the shower was a little tricky to adjust. it was difficult to find a medium temperature, it was either too cold or too hot.

this hotel offers a drinkable WATER station on several floors, easy to refill my water bottle. the hotel provided convenient parking, a big plus in an urban setting, and , made everything easier.

staff members were very FRIENDLY and helpful, they answered all questions i had. they assisted with taxi arrangements to the airport, a great convenience for me. the staff allowed luggage storage after checkout.

the location was acceptable near the main station and city center. friendly staff worked there.

the room's air conditioning did not allow temperature adjustments i could only turn it on or off. housekeeping knocked at 8 am and marked the room as done even though i wanted to sleep in. it was difficult to get a full night's sleep.

The hotel is a short walk to main attractions, offering a quiet environment at night. Staff members were friendly and very helpful, especially regarding a birthday surprise for my friend (I really appreciated that gesture!).

The shower was a bit hard to use since I couldn't find a medium temperature. It was either too cold or too hot. This made showering a bit of an inconvenience.

acceptable locationfaulty air conditioning

the location was acceptable for visiting the city.

the air CONDITIONING seemed to turn itself off after three hours. i mentioned this to the hotel staff multiple times, but they did not fix it. waking up every three hours to switch it on again WAS inconvenient.
