the breakfast was extensive. it had many options to select. i also used the spa. it had a good temperature.

the ac didnt work. the room was 28 degrees. i told staff on day one. they offered a lower standard room. technicians werent available on weekends. the pool had few lockers. only about 8 chairs are near it.

I had a corner room located on the upper floor that featured two balconies. the room offered a partial view of the river, which i found pleasant. the water coolers available on each floor were useful. The receptionists were helpful with directions.

The noise isolation in the rooms was not ideal, unfortunately. i could clearly hear sounds from the corridor, and doors closing were quite audible. the spa area seemed to lack a water dispenser, so i needed to go out to get water. That was inconvenient.

The hotel was clean. breakfast had many choices, including champagne. It felt luxurious. the pool was warm and open for extended hours. it was a tender experience. Every small detail made it so nice.

Noise traveled easily through the walls. I could hear sounds from the hallway, it was distracting.
