The hotel arranged my transport from the airport. The location overlooks the river. Breakfast had variety. I found the staff pleasant. The room overlooked the river, and i liked that a lot.
The room was really warm, so i kept the window open. It was very noisy outside.

Staff at reception was helpful. I asked for some extra things and it was not a problem. The team members spoke English well and seemed professional.

a somewhat underwhelming experience
dirty carpetnon functional lamps
I encountered a couple of issues. the carpet throughout the hotel seemed quite unclean. I'm not sure how effectively it is maintained. additionally, several lamps in my room were not working, and while the hotel offered a voucher for the restaurant as compensation, the dessert i received was quite odd (i didn't really like it). it just wasn't what i expected from a supposedly high-end place.

the receptionists provided very helpful assistance. the room had individually controlled temperature regulation. i found the bed had premium bedding and a warm duvet.
the shower over the bath was basic and had low pressure.
