I appreciated a prime location along the river. The breakfast featured many options. All were fresh and tasty. My room gave me a beautiful, peaceful view. The staff always greeted me with a warm smiles.
The elevator did seem to be a little slow sometimes.

the location is seriously amazing, right by the river. i loved that i could just walk everywhere. my room had a super comfy bed and a great view , seriously awesome after a long day. the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices , i especially loved the fresh pastries.
the room carpet seemed a little worn and could really use an update. it didn't ruin my stay, but i definitely noticed it.

The hotel arranged my transport from the airport. The location overlooks the river. Breakfast had variety. I found the staff pleasant. The room overlooked the river, and i liked that a lot.
The room was really warm, so i kept the window open. It was very noisy outside.

dirty carpetnon functional lamps
I encountered a couple of issues. the carpet throughout the hotel seemed quite unclean. I'm not sure how effectively it is maintained. additionally, several lamps in my room were not working, and while the hotel offered a voucher for the restaurant as compensation, the dessert i received was quite odd (i didn't really like it). it just wasn't what i expected from a supposedly high-end place.
