I found the location very central. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, I especially liked the rainfall shower.
I found the walls quite thin, and noise traveled easily. The rooftop bar made noise late into the night. The cleaning sounds started early in the morning, even on upper floors.

The facilities were really good. A spa, including a sauna and steam room, was available. I found a lovely italian restaurant and a large communal area with great seating. Complimentary hot drinks were available (that's really nice!). The room included an iPad to control the settings. Black out blinds provided a great night's sleep.
the staff attitude was unfortunate. I thought they could have been more service minded. There was no information about this prior to my arrival.
