Excellent stay, great location
convenient location easy parking satisfying array
The hotel's location just outside the city walls proved convenient. I found parking easy because the hotel has parking spaces. The buffet breakfast offered a satisfying array of choices.

beautiful garden staff friendliness room cleanliness luggage assistance small room upstairs bed
i loved the beautiful garden it held such a surprising view. i found nothing more tender than taking breakfast overlooking the tuscany valley. the staff were friendly offering help so willingly and the room was super clean. it seemed like a dream.
there was no assistance with my luggage it was hard navigating the suitcases inside the hotel. the room felt tiny. i felt a concern as the bed was upstairs. i did not see another room with no upstairs to relocate to that day.

amazing staff, great views, really good breakfast!
cute staff breakfast buffet amazing view
i found the staff cute and helpful. the breakfast buffet had a huge variety of choices , including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. the hotel's garden had amazing views of the surrounding hills. i could also easily walk to the main attractions.
the bathroom was a bit small, and i noticed some wear and tear on the fixtures.

the staff were attentive and friendly . check-in was quick and efficient , and they also provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. i really appreciated their assistance with arranging transportation.

the breakfast offered a great selection of fresh pastries , fruits , and hot items. i enjoyed the outdoor seating area , with fine views. coffee and tea were always readily available.

convenient location helpful staff dated decor constant noise
The hotel's location is convenient. It is a short walk to the Roman Gate. The garden offers nice views. The staff assisted with parking in the courtyard.
The room decor looked dated. It reminded me of my grandmother's bedroom. The noise from busy roads impacted my stay. I needed ear plugs at night.

good selection scenic views
The room was clean I found a good selection at breakfast. The outdoor eating area provided scenic views the service was good. I appreciated the parking options available both public and private options existed.
