great location included breakfast unhelpful staff window screens
the location was great. the included breakfast was also a plus. it had a good variety. the courtyard provided a lovely area to relax in.
the air conditioning system seemed to have some issues, it wasn't turned on initially. the desk workers did not seem very helpful in resolving this. i had problems with outside noise. also, flying critters entered the room since there were no screens on windows.

EXCELLENT Stay at a Tuscan Gem
amazing views fresh pastries friendly staff
The hotel's garden offered AMAZING views and was well kept. Breakfast included fresh pastries and a variety of breads. The staff were genuinely friendly and seemed eager to help with directions and recommendations. I really appreciated their warmth. The location was also ideal, it was close to the city center while maintaining a quiet atmosphere.
The room decor felt a little dated, the furniture showed some wear, and an update would .

Charming stay with good details
fresh fruit tranquil space attentive staff
The breakfast was ample with a nice selection (i liked the fresh fruit). The garden provided a tranquil space with beautiful views. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They were always available for help.
The lighting in the room was quite dim, especially near the desk. I found it hard to work comfortably in that space.

unfriendly staff uncomfortable bed
the location was decent it was close enough to things
the staff wasn't particularly friendly and seemed put out by simple requests i asked for an extra pillow and got a sigh not exactly the warm welcome i expected the room felt a bit dated and could use some freshening up the bed was not comfortable

missing minibar unhelpful staff
The location was central so it was easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go.
My room lacked basic amenities such as a minibar or hair dryer. The staff was unhelpful when I inquired about these items. They said those things were not available in standard rooms, so I was disappointed by the limited service.
