room soundproofing high price
the reception was kind.
the hotel is overpriced. the rooms lacked soundproofing. i could hear neighbors and was woken at 1 am. it was very disturbing.

Relaxing Stay Near Anne Hathaway's Cottage
modern room good shower comfy bed
The room was light and modern with nice little touches. There was plenty of room and the bathroom had a very good shower. The bed was comfy and the room included a safe plus a 24hr bar and restaurant.
The person at the front desk was a bit abrupt and direct.

a decent stay
super clean room excellent food slow service missing information
the room was super clean. i enjoyed the excellent food at the restaurant. the staff was friendly. the large bathroom was convenient.
the person at the front desk seemed a bit abrupt. they were slow to help during checkout. i could not get the requested information.
