a seaside serenade!

The room reminded me of a dream, especially with the amazing view of the terrazza mascagni. It felt so iconic. the bed was like floating on a cloud, so comfy i almost didn't want to leave. i must thank mr fabio at the front desk, whose professionalism and attentiveness were really good. He anticipated everything i needed. the concierge and it team were very supportive and helpful.

Honestly, i found the gym to be a little bare. It seemed like it needed a bit more equipment to be a comprehensive workout space.

I saw a superb location right on the sea front. The room was very comfortable with sea view I THANK them for the upgrade. The bathroom had a bath shower toilet and bidet with marble finishes.

The breakfast was not what I expect from a five star hotel IT had a very poor choice. The rooftop pool is A joke it is too small.

The rooftop pool looked fantastic. I liked the ability to walk around without using the car that much. It helped me explore the area at my own pace. The building looks fine from the outside. It has a certain grandeur.

The shower in the room failed in the morning, I reported it to front desk. My wife was angry since she was trying to take a shower. The front desk service was armourist, there was a lack of warmth when checking in.

The building showcased a beautiful structure. I found the restaurant very good. the staff exhibited a very professional attitude. the room was quite clean and included a lot of space. andrea offered the best food recommendations. he was so helpful throughout the stay.

I noticed the gym was a bit small. The treadmill looked like it had a defect. I hope it will be fixed soon

The hotel is located right at the sea front. It is a ideal situation. the waterfront allowed for easy walks into the city. the bus stop is located just in front of the hotel. a bus ride to the train station takes about twenty to thirty minutes.

the breakfast restaurant staff were respectful. i appreciate the team offered an early breakfast before their normal service. this highlighted their level of professionalism and respect. the staff provided helpful suggestions on places to visit in the area.

The hotel offered a bus stop directly outside making transportation easy. My room featured a separate living area and bedroom. I found the space to be very clean and modern. The balcony was particularly large and offered great views.

The room lacked coffee pods for the in-room espresso maker. I noted scuffed and old furniture in my room. The WiFi connection proved poor . I think it looked tired and not clearly a 5 star hotel.
