small roomcleanliness issues

the room i got was NOT at all what I expected , especially after seeing the photos online. it felt MUCH smaller and less well-equipped than advertised. i also had some cleanliness issues , namely some hair in the shower. i REALLY think they need to pay closer attention to those details.

The room had ample storage space, which I found quite useful. A nice touch was the inclusion of earplugs, though I didn't require them. The staff were consistently friendly and made check-in smooth. The location was perfect. I could easily walk to various attractions from the hotel.

The breakfast room was a bit overcrowded during peak hours, making it slightly challenging to find a table right away, but it wasn't a big deal.
