the room was spacious i got a superior twin room. the wifi worked very fast even when the hotel was busy. i found the breakfast really good too.

This hotel is great for families with young children. I loved the playroom available on the ground floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the historical downtown area. I found the breakfast wonderful with many choices.
The access to the wellness area proved complicated. Same-day registration wasn't possible. The spa is located in a separate building, and bathrobes were only available for purchase (i thought this could have been better).

The staff responded quickly to all requests. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant food was fantastic and very good value. The drinks were reasonably priced. I also appreciated that the WiFi was fast even with many guests (a huge plus!).
The shower took a long time to heat up.

The hotel is located approximately five minutes walk from the main bars and restaurants, a great benefit for people that want to visit those places. There is a bakery and café around the corner that offers great food, massive croissants and baked goods.

The staff was always friendly and helpful , offering assistance with directions and recommendations. The breakfast service was efficient, ensuring a steady supply of fresh items even during busy hours. I found this particularly helpful.

The room included blackout curtains, ensuring a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked effectively and maintained a comfortable temperature. The hotel also provided a well-stocked minibar with a variety of drinks and snacks (much appreciated after a long day!).

The location met my expectations. It was pretty central.
The parking situation, however, was a real issue. I booked a parking space for three days. Staff assured me twice that I would have a spot. I did not get any parking space due to no reservation. Breakfast had a huge crowd waiting at the entrance, quite unbearable.
