Acceptable but with Issues

good locationmoldy extension leadscigarette smell
The location was good, close to public transport and local shops.
The corridor leading to my room had obstacles like furniture and cables. It also smelled of cigarettes, unpleasant. The room, while fairly clean, had a really dirty area behind one of the beds with moldy extension leads.

Superb Spot Near Everything!

great locationspacious roomgood bathroom
This location is near Blackhorse Road underground and Walthamstow High Street! The room had great size, with enough floor space for me. A good bathroom included a lovely shower! The window opened and I could turn on the radiator. Many plug sockets worked great for devices.
I noticed the road makes noise at times. Very little sound proofing exists. Load noises from people happen late.

My room was clean with all stated items. I found supermarkets and nice restaurants nearby. Public transport access included buses, underground, or overground near in few minutes.
Service

The hostess proved helpful and friendly to me. They quickly replied to my parking questions, too. The owner also cleaned the room every day. Coffee and teas get restocked!

Convenient Stay Near Transport Links

convenient locationdiverse choicehelpful kettleinadequate soundproofing
The location proved convenient, offering easy access to various destinations. I visited nearby restaurants with diverse choices. The room included a mini fridge plus a kettle, helpful for refreshments.
I found the soundproofing inadequate. Street noise disrupted my sleep. This was a significant drawback to an otherwise pleasant stay. I suggest earplugs for light sleepers.
Facilities
8/10
The rooms offer functional spaces plus well-used layouts. A mini fridge is provided in each room. This ensures you can store drinks. The kettle allows guests to make hot beverages.
Service
9/10
The staff was helpful, always ready to assist with questions. They gave clear directions to local cafes for breakfast. Their prompt responses helped.
Location
10/10
The hotel's position is very convenient. It is close to public transportation with easy access to many attractions. This makes exploring very straightforward and saves travel time.

mixed feelings about my stay

good locationdirty carpetpoor tv reception
the location was pretty good with easy access to public transportation.
My room was not properly cleaned and i discovered an unpleasant surprise, a suspicious stain on the carpet. the bathroom was tiny. the tv barely worked. I think i got one channel after fiddling with it for a while.

the location was great. it was near blackhorse road underground. i also liked the room size. it featured a bed, desk, and enough space to move around.
One morning i saw ants all over the floor. they were also in a suitcase near the fridge. the wifi was also painfully slow. I had to use cellular data.
