Heartfelt stay in London

attentive staff really good cleanliness

The staff was attentive. The kitchen lady stood out with her kindness, and the receptionist offered a genuine welcome. I found the cleanliness really good, a detail I hold dearly. The room felt spacious, and the bed provided a haven of rest after long days exploring..

The main street location meant there was noticeable noise. The sounds sometimes seeped into the room, particularly with the window ajar.
