the room met my needs perfectly. the shower offered both warm and hot water. i found a tv and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the location was convenient (i could get around easily). the staff provided good service, and i appreciate their help.

The main door key did not work for me one day. I had to ask someone at a window to let me in, but they were asleep, slightly inconvenient.
