“Margate House presents a stylish boutique experience near the Turner museum and Old Margate, showcasing well-executed design and interiors. However, reports suggest a potential disconnect between the aesthetic and the level of hospitality training, which, in my opinion, could impact the overall guest experience. For discerning travellers prioritizing both design and service, it would be wise to confirm staffing and training standards.”

I was upgraded to a king room and appreciated the extra space. the toiletries were le labo products, something i always enjoy! breakfast in bed included fresh pastries and granola. Such a treat. the staff offered restaurant recommendations and even arranged newspaper delivery to my room.
the room size was a bit compact, especially the shower, where i bumped my elbows.
