clean bathroom hot water friendly staffing

The room had a beautiful balcony with a really nice view. the bathroom was very clean and hot water was always available. I did enjoy this very much. the staffing was really friendly and helpful. I found them very cute.

the walls in the room had some minor stains.

i found the staff cute. laura at reception stood out. she managed check-in beautifully and always offered help. even the night receptionist was great. they were very good too ensure i had everything i needed.

the absence of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. it made getting cold water difficult. i had to constantly find alternatives for cooling beverages. this was especially noticeable during the warm days.

The breakfast area had plenty of space. Many guests could dine comfortably at once, and it was easy to navigate the buffet, where the food was always well-stocked and fresh, and i found it enjoyable.

The elevator made accessing upper floors very easy. there was ample room inside. Luggage and multiple people could travel together without issue. the lobby provided comfortable seating. This allowed for brief relaxation before heading out or after returning.

My double room had a private balcony. I spent time there enjoying the city views. The balcony had sturdy railings. I felt safe and secure while outside. The room included efficient air conditioning. This kept the temperature comfortable.

The staff was fluent in german. This aided greatly during check-in and any questions i had . they provided quick solutions. My requests were addressed promptly. I felt supported and valued as a guest!?

The location was good because it had underground parking. The staff at reception were friendly. I found the staff to be very helpful. There were shops close to the location. The balcony was also big.

Metro 3 and the city centre are so close, it was easy to get around. This location is very good value, with useful transport links. Many choices for food exist near. Check in was fast, so i appreciated this. The room was quiet. I was allowed to check in a bit early, so i appreciated this favor. The bed was really useful. Check-in was smooth. A staff member spoke German, it was really pleasant. There were restaurants and shops nearby, this.

Some spots on the wall could use a repaint.
