I found the location really good. I could easily reach all the main attractions on foot. The staff were helpful, promptly answering all my questions via watchapp. I was actually surprised as my room was available before the official check-in time. the basilica view from my room was very special.

The cleaning could be improved slightly.

The apartment building is situated right in the center, with access to tourist attractions. The proximity to the basilica means bells can be heard, but rooms with basilica views are rewarding. Public transport and shops are conveniently nearby.

My room was super clean and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The studio with square view to the basilica accommodated four adults adequately. The studio included comfortable furnishings and a clean environment.

The staff was friendly and efficient, providing quick assistance through the watchapp service. Check-in is digital, however help is readily available through watchapp. The team was very kind and willing to assist us.

The location is very good. I could walk to most places.

The bathroom was quite dirty. breakfast required a twenty-minute walk to a bistro. they even accused us of stealing a blanket and pillows. Apparently, cleaning staff don't open drawers!!!
