helpful staff outdoor seating clean room breakfast choices
I found the staff at reception very helpful. They quickly addressed my request for extra pillows. The hotel restaurant provided convenient dining options with outdoor seating. The room was very clean, and it had a nice minibar. Breakfast featured good choices.

charmed by the location!
good breakfast cozy location welcome drink
i adored the restaurant, riso! the breakfast was amazing. dinner al fresco included a salad and sour cherry soup that i found amazing!!! the location proved very cozy, a couple of minutes walk from the fisherman's castle. complementary wine and a welcome drink were wonderful.
room temperature was fixed at 20 degrees celsius, apparently due to economical reasons.

the standard double room included a very comfortable bed. it featured sufficient space for luggage and movement. the bathroom was equipped with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

lili at the reception was very helpful. the location is close to many places. the on-site restaurant also has good food.
i found the room temperature was set to a fixed value due to economical reasons. they provided an electric heater, but it was disappointing for a four-star place. there was a sign about the temperature.

this location worked great for me. the bus stop right behind the hotel made getting around easy. my room was nice and clean. the staffs were very amazing and helpful.
the room temperature was fixed at 20 degrees. i saw a sign that said it was for economical reason. they gave me a electric heater, but i thought it was a bit embarrassing for a 4 star hotel. i think they could do better.
