The room design seemed very well planned. I found a Nespresso machine very useful. The air conditioning worked great in the heat, I appreciate it. I also noticed the room remained very quiet throughout my stay.

The shower drain seemed partially blocked. Water accumulated quickly during my showers. I told staff about this issues at the desk.

Chilled water was accessible. Filtered water was also available for refilling water bottles. I think those amenities are very thoughtful and useful .

the breakfast was fine it had what i needed to start the day

the gym was not great one of the machines was out of order. the air conditioning also did not work it was blowing hot air. when i told the reception desk about this they seemed annoyed by my request they did not assist me at all

the room decor included boutique style furniture. the staff was kind (i always appreciate a warm welcome). the breakfast selection had a nice variety and everything was fresh.

the hotel can get cold, especially since the thermostat has a limit.

the hotel's location was great for exploring. the staff were helpful with directions. i especially liked that filtered water was available. airport shuttle service in front of the hotel made transport easy.

the gym had a malfunctioning bike. it was disappointing that i could not use all the equipment during my workout.
