The location was REALLY convenient. It made getting around easy. A lot of restaurants were nearby, so finding a meal was simple. The staff had knowledge of the area. They gave good directions. The breakfast options had variety. It went from continental to cooked items.

The rooms air conditioning had a seasonal restriction. It was unavailable during my March stay.

The fitness room surprised me. It contained good equipment for a workout. There was a sauna available for use. This added to relaxation options. I saw a pool with sun loungers. This provided space to unwind after city exploration.

The staff offered help. They answered questions with patience. Maryam especially stood out. She provided good service when i asked for late check-out. Mustafa made breakfast service enjoyable. He showed great understanding to my needs.

spacious apartment working freezer ice machine poor service empty garbage missing rolls

the apartment was spacious. the fridge included a freezer. there was even an ice machine near the lift. this was definitely a bonus. the gym and pool were very enjoyable. the room had enough space.

i noticed the cleaning service was not very good. we stayed tuesday-saturday and the cleaning person only came once. they took all our towels. they also didn't empty the bathroom garbage or add toilet paper rolls. we had to go get towels at the front desk ourselves.

the pool area provided nice relaxation after city exploration the reception staff offered helpful service with directions and local tips my studio apartment included a well equipped kitchenette and comfortable bed daily cleaning service kept the apartment fresh and tidy. Underground parking was convenient at 20 euro per night. I found space for a vw t5 van

the room curtains were short and did not block morning light effectively

The location was awesome, like, seriously close to everything! and the staff was super friendly. Mustafa helped me a lot . i totally recommend this place!

the cleaning wasn't great, ya know? like, they only came once . also, the receptionist wasn't smiling, that was a bit off.

the room i stayed in was a duplex apartment one bedroom. it had two floors . the full-size kitchen let me cook my own meals, which saved money.

the parking entrance was very narrow, so maneuvering my car took extra caution.
