I appreciated the location near the Japanese garden. It was easy to access from the airport shuttle bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at check-in.

The room I received was noisy. I struggled to sleep the first night. I requested a different room because of the disturbance.

The pool was a good size and open most of the day.

the room was far from quiet i could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms ALL night i requested a quiet room when i booked but this request was not honored and the noise made it very difficult to sleep the staff were polite but seemed unable to resolve the issue effectively it was a frustrating experience

The air conditioning did not work in my room. I reported it, but it was not fixed . I had to ask for a fan. The restaurant service was poor, and the food lacked flavor.
