the staff were very helpful and friendly . the room was clean and also spacious. breakfast from the bar was very tasty and convenient.

the sink in the bathroom was very small i could not wash my hands or face easily. the door to the shower did not close very well. i found pigeons on the windowsill annoying.

The room was spacious and clean. The location worked well for visiting family. The breakfast included good options (especially the cooked breakfast items). Staff were friendly at both check-in and check-out, providing efficient service.

There was additional pay parking, costing £5.60. I was not aware of this charge beforehand.

The King Suite had quality bed linen. The bathroom was large and very well designed. The room size provided space for preparing for a wedding, a real advantage.

The rear door entrance made returning late easy. Parking was close to the hotel. Evening meal facilities seemed excellent. The hotel design was very appealing.

Staff were cute. The check-in system was easy to navigate. Staff were very helpful regarding breakfast even when I nearly missed the 10 am cut off. The breakfast provided was lovely.

sticky shower geldirty glasses

The room cleanliness was definitely a letdown. i saw cobwebs in the corners, and the shower gel bottle felt sticky. plus, the glasses provided were not clean. They looked like they had been sitting there for a while. it was disappointing to see these details overlooked. It affected my overall impression of the stay.

The room was very tidy and quite comfortable. The food was good for both breakfast and dinner. It had reasonably priced food with good portion sizes and a good selection of drinks. Staff were really LOVELY and friendly. The breakfast was cooked fresh. Sausages and bacon were excellent, and i was told they are supplied by the local English butcher.

The reception staff were very cute. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was helpful with local shop information when i needed to replace my trainers and phone charger.
