the location IS perfect, directly across from the christmas markets. the bus stop was just outside the door and the tram stop was very close. my room was recently renovated i think. there was also a nice restaurant for breakfast , though many options EXIST nearby.

the thermostat was difficult to adjust , so maintaining a consistent room temperature proved challenging.

the staff WAS cute and helpful , both during check-in and check-out , and throughout my entire stay. they responded quickly to requests and provided useful information about the area , like directions and restaurant recommendations.

I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries, smoothies, and diverse options available each morning for breakfast. The room I occupied was impressively spacious and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The staff consistently provided friendly assistance and useful advice regarding local attractions and transportation options.

The thermostat in my room was slightly difficult to adjust at first, but I quickly adapted to it.
