My room included useful hangers in the wardrobe, helpful with business attire. The location is central, very close to Place Wilson. I found the staff at reception super helpful. They assisted me in retrieving luggage misplaced by the airline. On-site parking was available, very convenient.

I noticed a very slight lack of variety in the Nespresso capsules provided. More options would be appreciated.

The hotel staff were kindly and helpful for all my requests. The Wi-Fi was easily accessable throughout the entire building. Hangers were in the wardrobe, a special touch that was so welcome as I carried business attire. I appreciated these details.

The room had a night table too tiny. I couldn't put my phone or glasses on it. There were some holes in the wall, along with stains on the carpet, walls, and windows. the air conditioning was not properly functionning at all.

The hotel location near Place Wilson proved very convenient. Restaurants were abundant nearby. The reception staff helped me recover my luggage that the airline misplaced.

The hotel parking was a bit difficult to navigate due to tight spaces.
