i found the reception staff very helpful and polite at check-in. umar greeted me with a warm smile, and i felt very welcome.

The reception staff were really friendly at check in. The location is great, as it is close to shops.

The shower had very hot water only. The mixer seemed broken. Some sockets did not work. That was annoying.

the bed was comfortable and i slept okay.

The noise was very frustrating. I could hear other families in the corridors late at night. the hotel seems shabby and needs some work (it could use a facelift). the shower also had a weak flow, a detail i found quite annoying.
