inattentive staffdated room
I found the service to be somewhat lacking. There were delays with food orders. I also observed a lack of attentiveness from the staff.. This impacted the overall experience negatively. The room decor seemed quite dated.

I really appreciated the recent refurbishment. Everything felt new and clean. the staff were friendly. i especially enjoyed the great curry menu in the restaurant and the convenient location.

The hotel provided a perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. it offered lovely views over the loch. We found this location convenient for traveling around. it was a great starting point for day trips.

the staff were amazing and always happy to help. the food in the restaurant was delicious. i particularly enjoyed the curries, i found them freshly prepared and very tasty.
i did notice a few minor issues with the room. the bathroom seemed a little dated and lacked some power outlets. the room decor was slightly old fashioned, i think a refresh would be welcome. the breakfast service was a bit slow one morning, i waited a while for my tea.
