cozy stay with thoughtful touches

cozy room breakfast selection thoughtful staff
I really appreciated the little pub downstairs, so convenient! breakfast in the morning was also a treat. I enjoyed the selection available. our room was impeccably clean. I noticed the bathtub was quite large. the staff were also very thoughtful. They went out of their way to acknowledge my husband's birthday!
The mattress in my room felt a bit lumpy. I think it could use an upgrade.

underwhelming experience

limited dinner high room rate
the room was large, much bigger than i expected.
The restaurant was unable to accommodate me for dinner as they were running out of food. the bar staff told me the bar was closing. I couldn't sit for a drink. the room rate felt extortionate for a hotel of this level.

mixed experience at the hotel

sticky tables slow service
the room was quite large and clean which i suppose is something.
i had issues with the service. multiple mornings i didn't get juice, even after asking for it (i found that annoying). coffee refills were non-existent and the tables were often sticky. also, the young man working seemed too rushed to actually get anything done correctly.
