the breakfast was varied. it included vegetarian haggis (i liked the haggis!). the room featured nice toiletries from the isle of skye.

the wifi signal in my room was sometimes weak.

Charming Stay

The room had a comfortable bed and good tea making facilities. The hotel decor had lovely festive decorations. Joe greeted us warmly and took us to a cozy lounge. He managed check in. The lodge suited all our needs perfectly, and it had plenty of space and comfortable furnishings.

The location is almost an hour from places north! though I knew that in advance.

The staff delivered service above and beyond. Joe seemed always available if we needed anything. Jason, Mia, Rory and Vishnu were also very friendly and accommodating at every moment. I must mention Alfie, who worked behind the bar and made amazing margaritas.

I found the room very clean and well appointed with tea making facilities. the bed was also very comfortable. the staff were very friendly. I appreciated their helpfulness. the location was easy to find making my stay more convenient.

The artificial fragrance upon arrival was strong. It was a bit overwhelming.

mixed feelings about the stay

small room noticeable noise

The room i got was quite small. For the price i paid i expected something a bit more spacious. it was a standard double or twin room, and honestly? the space felt cramped. also, the noise from outside was noticeable. i could hear people talking and cars driving by, difficult to relax and get a good nights sleep.
