The room was immaculate. It had all things I needed. The quiet and warm stay was very appreciated. I also found parking vouchers very helpful.

the location is seriously awesome! we were so close to everything, it was easy getting around to all the sights. the team there were friendly, and that really adds to the experience!
the room was quite small. i was a bit cramped, especially with luggage. plus, there was scaffolding on the building , which impacted the view a bit, bummer!

I received a very warm welcome from Steve. He provided lots of helpful information. The room had many nice touches including a nespresso machine, complimentary coffee pods, and hot chocolate. The shower was great, too. I was impressed by the attention to detail.

the room had complimentary chocolates, it was acceptable.
the shower temperature was inconsistent, it fluctuated between hot and cold. the wi-fi signal was very weak in my room, it made working difficult. also, the breakfast selection felt quite limited.
