Excellent stay!

rear parking clean room helpful staff pleasant stay

The parking at the rear was useful. The room was clean. I found fresh, clean towels. Breakfast had many choices. The staff, Stephen and Saskia, were very helpful. I appreciate their friendliness and willingness to assist. I thank them for making my stay pleasant.

The stairs up to the first floor was very steep.

I really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. Libby was WONDERFUL. the food was great with fresh cooking. It was plentiful. the location was also superb. everywhere was super clean, the room was quiet.

the staff allowed me to check in early since my double room was available. i found free toiletries in the room, a nice perk. breakfast included good quality items each morning. the hotel provided convenient access to nearby car parks.

The room was clean and had fresh towels.

The room faced the street, and delivery vans created noise starting at 6 a.m. The shower drain was blocked. The bar played music until 10 p.m.

warm room clogged shower

The room lacked air conditioning , and it was quite warm. A small fan was provided, but it barely made a difference. Also , I noticed that the shower drain was a bit clogged. Water accumulated quickly , and it took a while to drain. So it was a very quick shower.
