The location is fabulous, offering direct views of the sea. I enjoyed the ease of parking onsite. That was a definite bonus. The staff were very friendly and delivered great service throughout my stay. The room was super clean, and I found it a cute space..
I noticed the smell of new paint, suggesting ongoing refurbishment. It was slightly noticeable in the hallways.

The hotel's position allows for easy access to the sea route. I found walking along the promenade into town to be wonderful. The proximity to the sea means you can observe ships coming and going. This adds interest to your stay.

the hotel lacked lifts making access to higher floors challenging for those with mobility issues.
