a wonderful experience!
clean room great facilities spacious layout amazing food
the hotel felt brand new with buildings. the room was clean with excellent facilities. the layout was spacious. we will certainly be back, also because the food in the pub was AMAZING!!!
i was asked to pay for the room upon arrival and agree to a pre-authorization for the minibar, which i did, no problem.

the building structure looked beautiful. interior and exterior seating areas are available. it has a great location for nearby shops, transport, and restaurants so that's a real bonus.

the staff were always friendly. the employees are super kind. they want you to enjoy your stay. the staff were very helpful, especially samir. he could not have been more cute.

The location was very convenient to the station. the on-site parking was helpful. I could easily park my car. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The car park was small. It was difficult getting parked. also, i did not like the noisy air conditioning or plant equipment. i could barely sleep, and the noise from the adjoining room was too much

The fire alarm activated at 5 am. Such occurrences are entirely unacceptable and disrupt the calm i demand when lodging.

minor issues
privacy violation late night calls
The room included everything i needed. The bed was comfortable.
The minibar authorization caused issues. reception called my personal mobile twice late at night during a concert i was attending, it was not urgent. This was very disruptive. i felt this violated my privacy.

The room was super clean. The Reception team offered very friendly service. Lizzie ensured my requests were met..
Our room was not up to standard. The TV did not work properly. The curtain railing came out of the wall, a letdown. Ventilation was nonexistent in the room..
