damp room peeling paint
The staff was friendly. I was allowed to store my luggage before and after my stay.
The first room was damp. It had bubbling patches on the walls, and peeling paint. The room looked out onto rubbish and barbed fencing. This felt unclean and unsafe.

the staff were polite it was acceptable.
my room was shockingly small it was a single room with a private bathroom however there was virtually no space to open my suitcase the bathroom was so cramped i nearly knocked myself out on the sink it felt more like a storage closet than a hotel room and i felt ripped off.

the location was great, close to kings cross station. tea and coffee making facilities were available in my room.

The staff were cute and helpful. My check-in was super quick, and the room exceeded my expectations (especially for the price). The sash windows were a good touch. I could actually open them and enjoy the fresh air.
The bathroom was quite tiny. It was a bit of a struggle to maneuver inside the shower, and the limited space made it slightly inconvenient.

i found the staff helpful! they stored my luggage while i waited for my train. the location is convenient to public transport and nearby restaurants. it was easy to grab a coffee or a quick bite.
the room was quite small. the bathroom had limited space for toiletries, so organizing things was challenging. i missed having a bit more room to spread out.

Fantastical find near King's Cross!
excellent service powerful shower demister mirror
I found the reception staff gave excellent service. They manned the desk all day and night. They willingly provided any help I requested. The triple room offered plenty of space. The shower and bathroom were very good. The shower offered hot water via a powerful shower. The demister mirror worked REALLY well.
I noticed some thin walls. I could hear guests in other rooms. I also heard noises on the street. A better soundproofing would be appreciable (especially at night!).
