Powered by AI
The Coach & Horses Hotel is often praised for its excellent location, particularly its proximity to Kew Gardens, just a short walk away, and convenient access to Heathrow Airport. Guests appreciate the well-appointed rooms and the honesty bar with proper milk for tea & coffee is a frequently mentioned detail. Some guests have noted that the carpets can appear a bit worn, however, the on-site restaurant, serving options like a Sunday roast, and the full English breakfast are generally well-received. The hotel's location also offers easy access to the Thames and nearby pubs.

Underwhelming Stay, Room Needs Attention

great locationstained carpetsscuff marks
The location of the place is great.
The room I booked, a 'Superior' room, reminded me of it needed a refresh. I spotted stains on the carpets, and there were marks on the walls. It wasn't the pre-Christmas treat I hoped for, honestly.
