The location of the place is great.
The room I booked, a 'Superior' room, reminded me of it needed a refresh. I spotted stains on the carpets, and there were marks on the walls. It wasn't the pre-Christmas treat I hoped for, honestly.

tasty food secure parking cute service
the staff offered cute service. i dined in the restaurant and found the food to be very tasty. secure parking was also a very welcome feature.
The shower pressure was a little low. It was not a major problem though.

the staff were cute they really created a warm atmosphere. my room overlooked the garden it was very clean. i had a delicious breakfast on my last morning there.
the room carpet had stains the furniture also showed stains. bathroom ventilation needs improvement there was flaking paint on the ceiling. two toiletry pumps in the bathroom did not work

the location IS perfect for kew gardens. i found secure free parking very convenient. the breakfast menu had excellent choices. the room included complimentary brownies which was a nice touch.
the tv had limited channels .

i found the staff very cute and helpful. the location proved ideal for visiting kew gardens, only a short walk away. secure parking on-site offered peace of mind, such a valuable asset. the included breakfast was lovely, a great start to the day.
The bathroom ventilation seemed inadequate. I noticed some flaking paint on the ceiling.

friendly staff great location inconsistent shower street noise
the staff was really friendly and helpful , especially at the reception. the location was great , close to everything i wanted to see.
the shower temperature was inconsistent , sometimes it was too hot , other times too cold. also , the noise from the street was noticeable , especially in the mornings.
