amazing stay!
modern room lovely touch clean room
The room was very clean and modern. It included all amenities, like a tv, coffee machine and a fridge. i really liked the floor-length mirror. the hotel gifted complimentary chocolates. It was a very lovely touch.
the room was very small and there was no space for a chair or table.

underwhelming stay
dusty headboard hard bed
the room seemed rather dusty i noticed it mostly on the headboard and around the coffee area i also found some hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine a thorough cleaning would have made a big difference the temperature control was off it was too cold and the bed felt harder than a rock. my room overlooked some sort of inner wall so the curtains stayed shut the whole time

excellent stay in a central location
convenient location commercial spots helpful staff attentive staff
i found the location very convenient near shops and pubs. the mix of commercial spots and nightlife was a plus. getting to tourist attractions and relaxed areas was easy. the helpful and attentive staff worked hard to keep everything running smoothly.
the air conditioner had maintenance issues at 11pm causing a flashing light. the room became very hot after turning it off. i raised this with reception but no action was taken.

the breakfast offered fresh fruits and smoothies. our waiter sai provided great service. chef sid prepared excellent food.

the hotel is new and modern. rooms were a good size, with a stylish design. the lobby area was comfortable and inviting.

mixed feelings about the stay
incomplete shower door bathroom lacking
the location was acceptable, placing me within reasonable distance of transport links.
The bathroom lacked finishing touches. I found no place to hang towels or put washbags. also, the shower door was incomplete, so water ran onto the floor after each use. the absence of heating made it uncomfortably cold.

clean rooms nice showers fresh breakfast
I find the rooms consistently clean with nice showers. Every essential item is there, including a hair dryer and ironing board. Breakfast is always fresh and offers options to take a coffee for later..
