Balanced Stay
polite staff excellent chamber clean room box room missing character swinging door
The hotel staff was very polite. Staff members were always on hand to help with queries. The Enchanted Chamber was excellent and well maintained!!! The breakfast rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff members were helpful and efficient.
The room seemed like a box room. It lacked character. The room was right next to the main hallway of the hotel entrance.

A Stay with Mixed Feelings
small bathroom constant street noise
The room felt quite cramped. The bathroom was especially small. It was difficult to move around. the noise from the street was noticeable and constant. I heard it throughout the night. It really affected my sleep quality.
