The hotel is a short walk from the airport terminal. The room had very effective blinds. These allowed us to sleep well before our early flight. I found the staff quite friendly and helpful.
I found the adult meals slightly overpriced in the restaurant, it reminded me of the kids' meals cost was incorporated into adult prices.

jess at reception was awesome, it really was. she knew it was our honeymoon and gave us chocolate and crisps as a treat. the extra touch, it did.
the bed was hard, not comfortable to sleep on. the floor in the bathroom feels a bit sticky. i did not like that, i didn't. it wasn't as clean as i hoped, it wasn't.

The location proved very convenient. It was an easy walk to the terminal. the room provided adequate space and i found it clean. the staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and willingly assisted with requests.
The bathroom design seemed inefficient. The shower layout led to water spreading across the entire floor.

The staff at reception were friendly upon arrival.
I encountered a problem with parking charges. The receptionist did not register my payment, causing a fine from my rental company. I contacted the hotel. The parking fine was canceled, but the charge from the car hire company, due to their negligence, has not been refunded. I found this unacceptable.
