friendly staff onsite parking perfect location small room narrow stairs heavy luggage
The staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was very clean and in a perfect location. onsite parking was also available. It was very convenient.
i had to carry my luggage through narrow stairs. this was difficult.

solid place to stay
clean room ample parking close location
my room felt very comfy and tidy. the hotel offered plenty of parking, it was a short walk to the town center. the botanic gardens are located very close, it was a nice bonus.
the pillows felt flat, i wish they had more plumpness.

the double room included comfortable bed, controlled central heating, a clean bathroom. there were extra pillows available upon request and plenty of storage space, the rooms design was solid.

the hotel offered free parking, it was about a 15 minute walk into the city centre. the location is near the botanic gardens, guests can also walk to the railway station quite easily.

mediocre stay
limited selection poor attentiveness
the breakfast selection was severely limited. i also found the staff's approach during breakfast service to be lacking in attentiveness. the coffee and tea were basic, and requests seemed to inconvenience the staff. this made the morning meal less than enjoyable.

mixed experience room issues
noisy fan unsuitable shower height
i found my assigned room problematic i noticed a noisy fan located right outside the window it made sleeping difficult i also found the shower height unsuitable i am quite tall and had trouble fitting comfortably the toilet was positioned awkwardly making it difficult to use.

excellent service cleanliness convenient location
I was impressed with the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location was also convenient, a short walk from the city center. i found the staff to be very helpful and cute. They provided excellent service .
