the staff was friendly from the start. the location is excellent, very close to the city center. everything is accessible with just a minute's walk. the train station is a ten minute walk.
my room was very warm and i could not adjust the temperature. i could hear a christmas party from below until late. this did not allow me to sleep well.

The location are central. That is a plus. The staff were very helpful upon my arrival. I found my room to be modern. Breakfast service were attentive.
The WiFi did not work properly in my room. The signal were very poor. It kept dropping out. There weren't any USB sockets in room. I needed a plug socket, but I did not get it immediately.
