beautiful stay near pantiles
convenient location friendly staff spacious room premium bedding
the location is very convenient. it is close to the pantiles area. all staff are so friendly. i liked my spacious room. the bedding felt nice and premium.
the noise outside my room continued until late. then it resumed early in the morning. it made sleep a bit difficult.

The location suited me very well. It was next door to the pantiles. the room decor felt modern and well maintained. i appreciated the attentive breakfast service. It was very convenient. the bedding was of excellent quality. That's important.
my key card took a long time to work, sadly.

friendly staff great location warm room christmas party
the staff was friendly from the start. the location is excellent, very close to the city center. everything is accessible with just a minute's walk. the train station is a ten minute walk.
my room was very warm and i could not adjust the temperature. i could hear a christmas party from below until late. this did not allow me to sleep well.

The location are central. That is a plus. The staff were very helpful upon my arrival. I found my room to be modern. Breakfast service were attentive.
The WiFi did not work properly in my room. The signal were very poor. It kept dropping out. There weren't any USB sockets in room. I needed a plug socket, but I did not get it immediately.
