The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa is praised for its spacious and nicely decorated rooms, some offering sea views, while others overlook a public garden. Guests often highlight the comfortable, large beds and modern bathrooms, especially the superb large showers. The hotel's location in Kemptown is a plus, with easy access to the sea and a short walk to Brighton centre and The Lanes; although some guests have noted the narrowness of the stairs. A good selection at breakfast, including gluten-free options, is also commonly appreciated, making it excellent value for money.

helpful staffcramped roommusty odor
the staff seemed helpful when needed, appreciated. The location was acceptable, being close to some attractions.
My room, a compact double room, felt cramped and underwhelming. I expected more for the price. The bathroom was PARTICULARLY small. The sink was tiny, and the shower barely had enough space to turn around. I also noticed a lingering musty odor in the hallway near my room. This was unpleasant and gave the impression of poor maintenance.
